TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your reservation and payment indicates understanding and acceptance of the following:

- Client (you) hereby waives on behalf of themselves and their clients any right to file suit against the owner of the vehicle while it is in use as a photography prop the owner of the vehicle.

- No possession or ownership changes are expressed or implied in this agreement

​

- The vehicle being rented will be driven, moved, and operated soley by the owner. Rental payment implies and permits no operation of the vehicle by any other party.

- Any damages to the vehicle will be billed to the client. Shop invoices and any other cost documentation will be freely shared to ensure clarity in the associated repair fees.

​

- The owner accepts no liability for injury to those being photographed (clients clients) or for any damage to the clients props or equipment. 

​

- The vehicle will be provided to the client at the location of their choice. The owner will arrive with the vehicle at least 15 minutes prior to the rental agreement and will stay 15 minutes after the end of the session for setup and tear down of props.

Upon placing your reservation you'll be provided an invoice that includes these T&C's.
